Simple but Devastating Boxing Combination – 23, 23, 23

This boxing combination drills in the straight right and left hook. It is a combo to help beginners practice shifting their body weight to set up the lead hook and then throw the weight with that lead hook into your opponent which will shift the weight back again so it may be continually repeated. A strong stable stance is required for this combo.

There is a stance adjustment I recommend you make when throwing multiple heavy hooks and that is by bringing the back foot up a little bit to square up. It allows you to shift your body weight better.
